Rock Church Family!

This Sunday:
• Rock Java opens at 9 am. All proceeds this month now going to fund Tristan and Kendall Troftgruben with Campus Ventures at UW. More details in their video!

• First Sunday of the month so we will be honoring all September birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and sharing communion together.
• Praying over Kristi Holifield in her new role as Children’s Church Director.

One more bit of housekeeping:
• For safety reasons, the back door of the church will be locked during the week and will be open from 9:30-10 am Sunday mornings. Thanks for not propping it open : ) If you use a key to open it, please kindly close the door behind you so it locks. Thanks very much!

• New small group Bible study with Chuck Small on The Glorious Revelation of Jesus Christ: The Coming Day of the Lord, 5-6:30 pm at The Rock.
• Digital invites for the above are all attached to your email and postcards are in the foyer.

Women’s Ministries:
• Rock Women’s Event | Every third Sunday of the month following morning service, all women are invited for coffee, light snacks, a fun activity this time and great fellowship. Please mark your calendar for September 20th!

Rock Youth Group:
• All junior high and high school youth are invited Wednesdays 6:30-8 pm @ the Lighthouse. Please lift up Noah Richter, Drew Worman, Nick and Hannah O’Sullivan and all our awesome youth as they meet together!

Small Group Opportunities:
• Prayer | Sundays starting in the sanctuary at 7:30 am and shifting upstairs when worship practice begins. Come and go as you can!
• Men’s Kettlebell Workout Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 am starting Monday, September 14th at The Rock.
• It’s a Guy Thing | Tuesdays 6:30-8 am at Perkins with Phil Plett.
• Rockettes Women’s Group starting back up Tuesday, September 8th at 9:30 am at the Lighthouse.
• Life Recovery Bible Study | Every Wednesday 6:30-8 pm at The Rock. Childcare is available.
• Prayer | Thursdays 1:15 pm at the church | Join in to pray for our church family, our community, and our world.
• Young Adult Groups | Thursdays 6:15 pm at several locations with childcare (pick up an info card in the entryway or contact the church office for details).
• Men’s Bible Study | Fridays 6:30-7:30 am at The Rock with Corey Jost.

• COPE Grief Group is beginning another 9-week session on Tuesday, September 8th 1-3 pm at the Lighthouse, 130 W. Montana St. behind The Rock.

• Awaken the Dawn Wyoming: Come to the Table is September 24-26th at Kendrick Park.
• FCA’s Fields of Fath Community Event is October 7th at 7 pm at Sheridan High School. All are invited to this very special time of worship and prayer.

Praise: Kristi Holifield has been hired to be our new Children’s Church Director! Please be praying every blessing over her and Libby as they make the transition over the next couple of weeks. We are so grateful for Libby's leadership and the huge blessing it’s been to have her in this role and we very much look forward to all God has in store through Kristi's leadership!

Rock Church Family!

This weekend: Church Campout starts tomorrow at 1 pm and goes until Monday at 11 am. Huge thanks to Teresa Hutchinson and Rachelle Dean for ALL their work hosting the campout! Please be praying for all those who are getting baptized this Sunday!

This Sunday:
• Rock Java opens at 9 am.
• Services at 10 am both at The Rock and at the church campout.
• Rock Board Members, John Aitchison and Scott Reistad will be preaching. John will be up top at the 4-H Campground and Scott will be at The Rock. Scott’s sermon title: “Praying with Faith—Acting with Faith”
• There will be no children’s church for 5th & 6th graders at The Rock. They are invited to stay in the service this Sunday.

For a while now, we have been working on increased security upstairs so you may notice the new cameras in the classrooms that were installed this week.
