Today was Youth Takeover Day at FBC. There are many students not pictured who did other aspects of our service and we want to say thank you to all of them. It was a great day serving and worshipping the Lord! thank you to Kolton Purvis for bringing to Word this morning. GOD IS GOOD!

Today was a great day. We had deacon ordination for two gentlemen that have submitted to the will of the Lord. David Smith and Robert Brown are now deacons of FBC Shepherd. They were honored with ceremony where they and their wives were prayed over and a reception followed.

Heaven has gained a servant. It is with a heavy heart and a joyful soul that we share the news of the Heavenly promotion of Mrs. Shirley Rand. She was more than a light to so many people. Blessing doesn't even begin to describe it. Please pray for her family during this time. Details of her service will be shared tomorrow as they become available. In the meantime, take the love and passion that she has shown and share that with someone else today. We grieve, but not as those who have no hope. Enjoy Jesus, Shirley...and we will see you again.
