Texas Pagoda Chan Monastery invites you to join our free Guided Meditation sessions, taking place every Sunday from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, beginning June 7; led by Abbot Ven. Jiangong or Director Ven. Jianmin. These sessions cover foundational breathwork, sitting, and walking meditation in our serene natural surroundings, followed by Q&A sessions.

Upcoming meditation dates include June 7, June 14, and June 21. Participants are requested to wear loose, comfortable attire and long pants and socks.
