Believing that an anxious world needs to hear the Good News of the Gospel, we worship as a central act of our faith at an

8:30 and 11:00 service each Sunday with seasonal observance of the Lord’s Supper. The 8:30 service is held on Ocean Isle Beach during the tourist season, seeking to extend the Word to vacationers and church members. Believing that suffering people need the Church’s ministries of mercy and compassion, we provide mission programs including financial and volunteer support of the Brunswick County Food Bank. We also offer a Sunday School class for mentally challenged adults from a local Group Home. Shallotte Presbyterian participates in numerous denominational offerings. Important to the life of the congregation is the prayer chain, the Deacons’ ministry, and regular visitation. We continue to be involved with Faith Ministry in Reynosa, Mexico and support a PCUSA Missionary family in Pakistan. Believing that children, youth, adults and families need the spiritual nurture and fellowship of the church, we offer active Christian Education and fellowship programs for all ages. There is a commitment to fulfilling our baptismal vows through initiating and supporting programs to nurture children and youth of the church.

This unique worship opportunity led by Pastor George Chapman III is the perfect start to your week! Our traditional worship service is also offered at 11 am. We hope to see you next Sunday!

The congregation and choir of Shallotte Presbyterian Church said "so long" to Music Director Paul Freeman, who retired for a second time Sunday. Paul came as an interim director several years ago but the Freemans and the congregation gladly made it a longer term arrangement.
