Calling every family in the neighborhood! 👋

This Wednesday at Seminole Assembly, there is something for everyone under your roof. Students in 6th through 12th grade are invited to Youth Night at 6:30PM. Boys Club starts at 7PM for boys ready to have some fun. Adults can dive deeper at Adult Bible Study, also at 7PM.

Come as you are and bring the whole crew. We saved you a seat. 🙌

God has a plan and purpose for everything! Even when life doesn’t go as expected, we can trust that God is working behind the scenes.
Pastor Ryan Washington reminds us through Joseph’s story to trust God’s plan, forgive those who hurt us, and let go of the pain of the past. What others meant for evil, God can use for good!
Keep trusting God. He is working, even when you can’t see it!

Thursday’s Ladies Bible Study:
The Armor of God — The Belt of Truth
The belt of truth is our core support! Just as a belt holds everything together, God’s truth strengthens and supports every area of our lives.
When we keep God’s Word at the center of our hearts, we can stand firm against the enemy’s lies and stay aligned with His truth. The enemy wants to lead us away from God’s Word, but when we know the truth and live by it, we are better equipped for spiritual warfare.

5 STEPS TO STUDYING THE BIBLE
The Bible is meant to transform us, not just inform us! God wants us to spend time in His Word, understand His truth, and put it into practice in our daily lives.
Here are 5 simple steps to help you grow in your understanding of Scripture:
1. Choose a Translation You Understand
Find a Bible translation that helps you clearly understand what you are reading.
2. Make a Plan
Choose a regular time and a quiet place to read. Building a consistent habit helps you grow spiritually.
3. Understand the Context
Ask yourself: Who wrote this passage? Who was it written to? What was the purpose?
4. Read Slowly and Ask Questions
Don’t rush through the verses. Take time to think about what they mean and what God is teaching you.
5. Pray and Apply What You Learn
Ask God for understanding and guidance. Then put His Word into action in your life!
Remember: The goal isn't just to read more of the Bible—it's to allow God's Word to change the way we think, speak, and live.
Don't just hear the Word. Believe it. Live it. Be transformed by it!

SUNDAY’S MESSAGE: GROW IN GRACE

This Sunday, Pastor Ken Pippin reminded us that God has already given us everything we need to live a godly life. But we have a responsibility to keep growing in our faith!
Three important truths from this message:
1. Grow Your Faith:
God calls us to make every effort to grow spiritually by building on the gift of the Holy Spirit within us. Through studying His Word, consistent prayer, and active fellowship with other believers, we become more submissive to the Holy Spirit and grow in our walk with Christ
2. Practicing Our Faith
We are called to make every effort to grow spiritually. This means spending time in God’s Word, remaining consistent in prayer, and staying connected through fellowship with other believers. Faith isn’t meant to stand still; it’s meant to grow!
3. The Fruit of a Faithful Life
As we continue to grow in godliness, our lives become fruitful and effective for His kingdom. God calls us to live with purpose today while looking forward to the promise of eternity with Jesus Christ.
The question is not whether God has provided what we need, but are we putting what He has given us into practice?
Let’s keep growing, keep seeking Him, and keep adding to our faith!
