The Betrothed marriage preparation retreat invites couples to prepare for a joyful, lifelong marriage. This retreat weekend offers theological context and insights into the Sacrament of Marriage and combines in-person teaching with beautifully-crafted videos from the Augustine Institute’s Beloved series. Topics include the essential life skills as well as an exploration of how we are created for love and for giving ourselves fully in marriage. With opportunities for couples to reflect, engage in discussions, pray together, and attend Mass, this retreat is designed to enhance the quality of a couples’ communication, conflict resolution, and shared sense of mission.

During Hispanic Heritage Month, we give thanks for the vibrant faith and cultural traditions that Hispanic Catholics bring to the Church in Western Washington.

The Archdiocese of Seattle identified three pastoral priorities for Hispanic Ministry: nurture vocations, develop servant leaders and accompany young people. Many parishes throughout the archdiocese with established Hispanic Ministry have started or strengthened initiatives to respond to these three priorities.

Are you longing to love well, heal and discover God’s real plan for your life and relationships? Spanish-speaking young adults ages 18–35 are invited to a Theology of the Body Camp at Camp Hamilton, a weekend designed for renewal, rest and authentic connection. This camp will be offered in Spanish-only.

Through meaningful talks, prayer and community, you’ll explore God’s vision for love, the human heart and true freedom. The camp will be led by Gustavo Mejía, Catholic psychotherapist, who compassionately integrates faith and psychology.
