Women who choose to follow Jesus in many parts of the world often face persecution behind closed doors - rejection from family, forced marriage, abuse, isolation, and pressure to abandon their faith. Some are even confined to their homes or treated as mentally ill because of their decision to follow Christ.

As we work to equip leaders in some of the hardest and least-reached places in the world, we also want to intentionally invest in women leaders. The Church needs women courageously living out the gospel and working together collaboratively in their communities.

Please pray for women facing persecution today:

-for protection and endurance
-for encouragement and community
-for bold faith in difficult circumstances
-and for more women to be equipped to lead and make Christ known

Who’s missing from the table?

It’s an easy question to overlook in a room full of people.

But at a recent gathering of collaborative leaders serving in a highly restricted context, participants took a closer look at who was represented… and who wasn’t.

They realized there were voices, experiences, and perspectives still missing from the conversation - and that matters. When people from different backgrounds come together, they see challenges differently, bring new ideas, and find creative ways forward.

So they’re asking a bigger question: Who else needs to be at the table?

Please pray for wisdom as these leaders continue making room for new voices and building relationships across cultures and countries.

A devastating flood along the Nepal-China border has left at least 95 people dead and hundreds missing. Rescue teams are still searching for those who are stranded or unaccounted for, while communities face significant, historic loss and destruction.

Please pray for those who have lost loved ones, those still waiting for news, and our ministry leaders and friends in Nepal and China. Pray for their safety and for opportunities to help those affected.

More than 40 organizations recently gathered for a Network Journey workshop with one shared vision: seeing the gospel reach the least-reached people and places.

Over three days, Indian leaders from different church traditions set aside denominational differences, committed to collaboration, and developed 90-day action plans to strengthen outreach in places with little to no access to the gospel.

A Nigerian pastor recently shared this reflection after participating in our Network Journey workshop: “My natural inclination is to move quickly and get things done. But this workshop taught me the value of patience and a step-by-step approach to network formation. I now understand that a slow, deliberate pace is essential for building a solid foundation that ensures the network is resilient, impactful, and able to withstand the test of time.”

Healthy networks take time to build. Trust must be cultivated. Relationships must deepen. Leaders must learn to listen, discern, and move forward together. Through training, equipping, and coaching, we help leaders build the foundations that enable networks to thrive over time - strengthening collaboration and increasing their capacity for lasting Kingdom impact.

Many believers across the Middle East and surrounding regions are following Jesus in secret. In places like Afghanistan, where conversion from Islam can bring rejection, imprisonment, violence, or even death, Christians are forced underground. Small gatherings happen quietly and carefully, often at great personal risk.

Yet even in the hardest places, the Church continues to endure. God is moving through courageous local believers and leaders who are choosing faithfulness despite intense pressure and isolation.

Pray for protection, wisdom, and perseverance for underground believers across the region. Pray that isolated Christians would find safe community, encouragement, and strength in Christ.

A year of relationship-building opened a new door for collaboration in Taiwan.

Through conversations, shared ministry opportunities, and a growing commitment to work together, a local leader invited VisionSynergy to bring a Regional Summit to Taiwan this fall.

This is how collaboration grows - through trust, shared purpose, and leaders who recognize that we can accomplish more when we labor together. Pray for Taiwanese leaders who will gather and explore new ways to work together for greater Kingdom impact.

Women from across South India stared at a map of unreached people in their country. Most were seeing it for the very first time. The room grew quiet as reality set in, then the tears came. How could so many people in their own communities live without the hope of the gospel?

That moment changed the tone of our first-ever Women's Summit. Many of these women had never before participated in a leadership training designed specifically for them. As the days went on, women found their voices, shared ideas freely, and began exploring new ways to collaborate in reaching the unreached.

By the end of the Summit, the women had developed 90-day action plans and returned home with renewed vision and a deeper burden for those who have never heard. Please pray for these women as they work together to make the hope of Jesus known in their communities and beyond.
