Meet our full time staff!

Executive Director Brian began his Wyldewood journey as a camper, and went on to be a counselor, team leader, worship coordinator and Assistant Director before becoming Executive Director in 2024. Brian met his wife Alli while she was working as Wyldewood’s Day Camp Director in 2014! After graduating from Harding, Brian worked as a teacher and school counselor. With a wealth of Wyldewood experience, Brian fully believes in our mission to connect campers and their families to our “3 C’s” Christ, community and creation.

Marykyle Mills is our Female Assistant Director! Marykyle is a former camper who worked as a Wyldewood counselor in 2018 and 2019 before becoming a student at Harding where she met her husband Caleb. They were engaged on top of Bee Rock the same year she was hired onto our full time staff in 2022! This will be her last year with us as she transitions to be a stay at home mom when she and Caleb welcome their first baby in a few weeks!

Johnathan Nesbitt is our Male Assistant Director! Johnathan first came to Wyldewood as a counselor in 2019. That summer, he proposed to his wife Caroline the weekend of Counselor Training Week! Since then, he earned a combined degree of Bible with Child and Adolescent Development from Harding University. After living in Boston for several years, the Nesbitts moved back to Searcy and Johnathan became Assistant Director in 2024.

Robert Benton is our Facilities and Grounds Director! Robert and his wife Dana worship at Westside Church of Christ in Searcy. Robert’s daughters Kristen Combs and Kayce Harr were both campers at Wyldewood. Robert and Dana are proud grandparents to 3 sweet future Wyldewood campers! Robert joined our full time staff in 2023 and we are beyond thankful to have a man of his talents to keep camp running all year long!

Daphne is our Office Administrator! A former camper and counselor, Daphne LOVES camp and joined us in a full time capacity late last year. Daphne has a degree in child life from Harding University and this will be her first summer on our full staff! We are excited to have her in this role!

We are excited to announce that Hannah Diles will be joining our full time staff later this summer as the new Female Assistant Director!

Hannah has a Bachelor's degree in English and Leadership in Ministry, a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership, experience working at Harding University as the Marketing and Project Coordinator and also as an admissions counselor at Harding University.

She loves the outdoors, drinking coffee at Midnight Oil, good and bad dad jokes, and developing meaningful relationships with others.

Having 6 years of volunteer ministry experience—including being a Group 1 Group Bible Teacher last summer at Wyldewood—Hannah is excited to begin her journey in full time ministry.

Join us in welcoming Hannah Diles to the Wyldewood team in a full time capacity!
