A great day of song, celebration and formation at St. Bernard of Clairvaux in Scottsdale!

We were blessed with the angelic voices of some of our youngest parishioners at the 9am Mass today. Our Vacation Bible School campers performed some of the songs they learned during camp last week. Great job kiddos!

Thank you to all of the families that enrolled their children and all of the volunteers and staff that made camp a great success.

Parish Announcements:

We are also providing complimentary child care during our 9am Sunday Masses. Before Mass, parents are invited to drop off their little ones (ages 1 - 4) in the Parish Hall Kindergarten Room 100.

Your children will be supervised by adult volunteers that are Safe Environment Training compliant.
Text or call Sandy Fruehe at (847) 275-2545 for more information. Volunteers positions still available.

Today was the last day of summer operation for the Clairvaux Café. The Café will reopen with the arrival of cooler temperatures this fall. See you there!

Our parish keeps growing! The recent baptism of baby Chase Clayton with mom Erika and dad Sean (with our very own Deacon Phil)!

May they always know God’s love in their family and may Chase grow strong in his faith. God bless and keep them.

“Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is His reward.”

Thank you to everyone who made Vacation Bible School (Rainforest Falls) a huge success! Today marks the last day of camp but all of the great lessons, memories and friendships will last forever.

The campers grew their faith with thoughtful lessons, music and games. We are extremely grateful to all of the children for participating, their families who enrolled them, the youth volunteers who helped manage the camp, the kitchen angels who prepared healthy food and snacks and cleaned, and the SBC staff who organized everything.

We are already looking forward to next year!

Be sure to catch the Vacation Bible School Campers performing this Sunday, June 14th at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux 9am Mass as they sing in the church choir. All are welcome!

“Train the young in the way they should go; even when old, they will not depart from it.”

A special day of celebration and togetherness at St. Bernard of Clairvaux!

June 11, 2026 marks the 10 year anniversary of Fr. Ryan’s ordination as a priest, it’s also the birthday of our very own Nancy B!

This is the last month that Fr. Ryan will be with St. Bernard of Clairvaux. We are extremely grateful for three excellent years of service to our parish and wish him all the best in the future.

Thank you Fr. Ryan!

“I thank my God every time I remember you, praying always with joy in my every prayer for all of you.”

On Sunday, June 7, 2026 we celebrated The Solemnity of Corpus Christi, (he Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ) at St. Bernard of Clairvaux in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This special Feast Day celebrates the real, living presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist, highlighting the Church's teaching of transubstantiation. The bread and wine truly become the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We held an indoor procession with the help of the Knights of Columbus.

“Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For My flesh is real food and My blood is real drink.”
– John 6:54-55
