FUGE CAMP DAY 1!!🤩

Today’s theme - “The Good Peace”
True peace only comes from Jesus’ presence!

If you look in Mark 6:45-52, you’ll find a story about Jesus’ disciples being on a ship in the middle of stormy seas…
The disciples were on a boat, in a storm…the wind gushing and waves crashing...total CHAOS. Unable to control their ship while enduring the storm, the disciples saw what they thought to be a spirit walking toward them on top of the water. That ‘spirit’ troubled them and they became afraid. However, it was Jesus…Jesus said to his disciples “Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.”….the Bible then says that Jesus stepped onto the ship, and then the wind ceased…the water became calm…the chaos was gone, and there was PEACE.

And from this we learned that HIS PRESENCE on the ship was REQUIRED before the storm would cease…Jesus STEPPED INTO the boat, and THEN the wind stopped and the water became still…there was no peace UNTIL Jesus came onto their boat…

In order for you to find peace, you must first find Jesus Christ! True eternal peace comes from our Savior, and only Him!

So the question is…
Is Jesus on your boat?
