Today we lost one of our long time members here at Buford Church of Christ, Charlene Back. This lady has inspired me from the first time I met her so many years ago. Truly a wonderful person, she taught both of my kids early years in Bible school and in later years always set an example of what being a true Christian is all about.
Even though she had lost her eyesight that didn't stop us from joking around, I'd tell her to "watch where you're going" and she would come back with "you look good to me today".
Charlene I love you and will greatly miss you but I know you are with Dan looking down on us from a much better place.
