CONFESS that Jesus Christ is the Son of God:
Romans 10:9-10, Acts 8:37 & Philippians 2:9-11

REPENT of Your Sins:
Acts 17:30, Acts 22:16 & Luke 13:3

BE BAPTIZED for the Forgiveness of your Sins:
Acts 2:38, Acts 22:16 & Romans 6:3-5

BE FAITHFUL Until Death:
Luke 6:46, Hebrews 10:25 & Matthew 7:21
