For the last 3 years, our Music & Arts camp service project has supported S Kearns Elementary School, a Title 1 school. It has been a highlight each year to have principal Kim Babka share the challenges her students face. Our campers assembled 80 kindergarten kits  that contain a personal card from one of our campers. A big shout out to all the families who donated to make this project happen.

Service mission in Yakama! What a trip so far. We’ve bonded together made new friends with other UMC students in the Greater Northwest. 9 square, making coil baskets, and visiting the Yamaka Nation Cultural Center are great ways to know each other. Yard work and wedding out the cemetery has bonded us in heart and sweat.
