"Optimizing Brain Health”

Have you or a loved one been feeling a bit more forgetful lately? Maybe it’s misplacing your keys more often, or struggling to find the right word in conversation. You don’t have to just accept memory loss as a normal part of getting older.

September 11 and 12 at the Sandy Seventh-day Adventist church, we are hosting a special community event called Optimizing Brain Health with Dr. Wes Youngberg.

Dr. Youngberg will guide you through how you can gain:

● Sharper Memory: Practical, everyday tricks to stop misplacing items and remember names better.

● A Clearer Mind: Simple, natural steps you can take right at home to clear out mental fog.

● Alzheimer’s Protection: Common-sense tools to spot early warning signs and actively defend your brain.

● Peace of Mind: Real hope and biblical encouragement for a long, healthy life.

Dr. Youngberg is a world-class lifestyle medicine specialist trained at Loma Linda University. He has spent over 30 years proving that it is entirely possible to protect your mind and even reverse cognitive decline.

● When: Friday night, Sept 11 at 7:00 PM and Saturday Sept 12 services, including a vegetarian potluck lunch. (Feel free to bring an entrée or desert.)
