Pastor Randy brought a fresh perspective to one of Scripture’s most familiar miracles—Peter walking on water!

We stepped right into the storm with the disciples…

The wind was blowing.
The waves were raging.
And then… Jesus came walking by. 👀

And we were reminded:

Your storm may be over your head,
but it’s never over His.

For 23 years, we’ve watched God move through miracles, memories, answered prayers, and countless testimonies. We’ve laughed together, cried together, prayed together, served together—and most of all, we’ve built God’s Kingdom TOGETHER! ❤️

And River family, we couldn’t have done it without YOU!

To every person who has ever called The River home—thank you for believing, serving, giving, praying, inviting, and helping us reach people with the love of Jesus. YOU are a part of this story!

But here’s what gets us REALLY excited…

🔥 SAN JOSE, ARE YOU STILL FEELING THE FIRE?!

What a Sunday at The River! 🔥

Our first message in “The God of Miracles” was more than a sermon—it was a NOW WORD from the Holy Spirit!

God turned our building into a healing room as His presence filled the house. 🙌🏽 We came believing for a miracle, and God reminded us that He is still Jehovah Rapha—the God who heals, restores, and makes all things new!

Everyone is still talking about what God did and how timely this word was. Who else is still feeling the 🔥 from Sunday?!

And we’re just getting started!

What a powerful Sunday in the presence of God! We were reminded through Nehemiah 4:7–16 that the battle may be real, but we never face it alone.

“When you know WHO fights for you, you can face WHAT fights against you!”

When we worship God no matter what we’re facing, we invite His presence right into the middle of our battles. 🙌🏽

We’re still feeling the 🔥 from Sunday! And we believe God is strengthening His people to stand with Courage for the Battle.

The Holy Spirit moved, hearts were renewed, and commitments were made to go beyond the fire and into the arms of the Father. 🙏🏽

We were reminded that the altar was never ultimately about the fire.

“The altar was never about getting God to come closer. It was about removing everything that kept us from coming closer to Him.”
