“LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU”— John 13:34
THE POWER OF LOVE—WITHOUT IT – STAY HOME!
JESUS SAID: “By this shall all men know that you are my disciples—that you have LOVE one for another...” John 13:35
The love of Jesus touches the heart and breaks down barriers in the lost soul.
In the Great Revival in Wales in 1904-- people would fall on their knees in repentance when even one person empowered by the Holy Spirit, stood up in the congregation and said, "JESUS LOVES YOU"--the Holy Spirit would move over the people like a mighty wave of renewal.
The whole nation of Wales was touched with a great revival--the bars were closed, the prostitution houses were closed; and the coal miners would sing hymns while working in the mines!
That spiritual revolution is a vision for us today-- IF WE COULD SEE THE WORLD THROUGH THE EYES OF JESUS AND GET A BURDEN FOR THE LOST WITH A RENEWED COMPASSION AND LOVE--there is no weapon of intellect, mind, or darkness that can withstand that power--the MISSING PIECE OF LOVE!
If you do not have the love of God shed abroad in your heart—stay at home. Romans 5:5. GOD IS LOVE AND WE MUST WALK IN HIS LOVE-- Jesus said: Judge not lest you be judged (Matt. 7:13)...the Father has committed ALL JUDGMENT TO THE SON. Only God know the intents and conditions of the individual heart. There must be agreement that whatever we do in ministry, it must be done in LOVE.
LOVE IS THE WEAPON THAT SATAN DOES NOT HAVE and it is one of the most powerful weapons of God.
We are counseled by the Bible to WALK IN LOVE, Eph. 5:2. I Cor. 4:5. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. (Gal. 5:22-23).
Even if there is disagreement-- let us do it in GOD'S LOVE. John 13:34-35
If you just love those who love you—you have done nothing. Even the ungodly love those who love them. Luke 6:32-35. God’s love is all inclusive—HE LOVED US WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS.
Nobody ever got saved with HATE.
THE LOVE OF JESUS is the answer. We are to love one another, give to one another and receive from one another.
Our God is Love, and we were created by love. Jesus said that He had laid down His life in blood to show us the answer.
Jesus is the true way. Follow Him on this pathway of love. There is no power greater than love. It is stronger than all barriers.
With Christ’s love, you are everything; without it, you are dead already. This is not the love of man; it is the love of divine origin.
When you reach out and are touched by the hand that created you, it is the touch of love within your being which begins salvation and a new creation in you, a restoration of your soul.
