The Outpost

The Outpost The Outpost Church meeting is on Sunday at 10:00am. The Pop-up Outreach meets at 7:30am. Come on by! It could be anything from serving meals to praying.

The San Francisco Outpost gathers for Bible Study and Worship at 9:15 am each Sunday at YWAM, 357 Ellis St. We hope you will join us as we learn of the Lord and engage in the Word as it is spoken to encourage and teach a victorious lifestyle. We also have an outside "pop-up" church, right out front of YWAM, beginning at 7:30 am each Sunday. We serve hot chocolate and cookies to all that attend the

"pop-up" church. The Word is spoken by guest speakers with a heart for hurting, disenfranchised, and those seeking spiritual guidance through the Word of God during each service. The pastors of the Outpost Church, staff of the Outpost, and the staff at many of the sites you will meet give their competent assistance to serve and sacrifice their time in the inner city. You can come and be a support and a great help as we all minister to the people in the Tenderloin. Everyone is giving selflessly, which can be a blessing to those you meet. Come and visit with us on Sunday and serve alongside the pastors, staff, and other non-profit agencies supporting them in meeting their needs in ministering to the disenfranchised. Still, whatever it is, it will be a blessing to others that most likely would not be welcomed lovingly and compassionately throughout their daily lives in the Tenderloin. You will give of yourself, so be prepared to serve with your whole heart and commitment, and you will take home memories, a sense of home mission work, and so much more.

As we live in this world, we face many challenges and decisions. Making the right decision is necessary and can lead to a blessing, as others will know that you have been with the Lord in prayer. Jesus came to this earth to pay the price for humanity's sins. The blessing that Jesus brought was for humanity to be delivered and set free from the bo***ges of sin. The gift of Salvation was given to all in this world. To receive this forgiveness, there must be godly sorrow in the heart of the repentant.

The Father in heaven sent forth His Son Jesus to be born in the womb of a virgin, who was also bruised with sin from that fall in the Garden of Eden. When Jesus was born in a manger, kings came from afar to worship him and to bring gifts. Jesus is the gift to this world, and the gift is Salvation through the Sacrifice and shedding of his blood on Calvary’s Cross.

The mercy that was shown to all is truly wonderful and yet indescribable for anyone to grasp what Jesus would do throughout his life as the Son of Mary. Even in this modern day we live in, we see so many people deny Jesus as the Savior of the world. As Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, He wanted the Father’s will to be done. They rejected him and scourged him, spit at him, and truly tried to humiliate him. Jesus never stopped, and he never desired that God the Father's will would not be done. He stated to the Father in prayer that God’s will be done and not his.

Truly, the mercy of the Lord our Father was given to us through Jesus’ obedience. We are free in Jesus because of His commitment and willingness to pay the price for our sin, which He did not owe. Through Jesus we have been saved, sanctified, and filled with His Holy Spirit.

Praise to the King of kings and the Lord of lords for giving to us the gift of Salvation whereby we will all one day be in heaven worshipping at the Throne of God.

Good morning ☀️

As born-again believers, we must always keep in mind and in our hearts that Jesus is the Savior and the Sovereign. The only Begotten Son of God the Father voluntarily chose to come to this sinful earth to give His life so that all those on this earth could be delivered from the bo***ge and the future without God! Jesus is the deliverer and continues to remind us that we have hope and a sure foundation as we travel through this life.

As each day enters our lives, we are challenged by many distractions and often caught off guard gaurd. As we read the Word of God, we notice that we spend time in worship and in prayer, speaking to the Father and also praying for others ot be delivered. There is a deep beauty in all the praying, reading, and sharing the love of God with a world that seems to deny the existence of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit!

This is a commitment we should all live by: to witness to the Love, Grace, and Mercy we receive and to share them with those who are not believers in Christ Jesus. Our Lord and Savior has given to us the presence of the Holy Spirit, who dwells in our hearts. Always keeping in our thoughts what Jesus did for all of us, so that we will be in a glorious heaven together one day!

Oh, what a glad day that will be. Let every believer be so focused on the Word and the gifts of the Spirit that our minds will continue to be renewed day by day. The passion that the Holy Spirit places in our hearts is wonderful and powerful so we can be bold in our witness and passionate in our listening. We are to mirror Jesus every day, not just on Sunday! The Bible is quite clear that Jesus came to reveal God's love to all. To be kind and considerate to our neighbor, and to pray for that love we have in us through Jesus, will show forth into the hearts we have the opportunity to witness to. Keep believing, keep praying, keep reading the Word of God, trust in your witnessing to the lost, and share your fellowship as you all worship the Lord God, the Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

Faith is the substance of the life of a believer in Christ Jesus. Jesus came to give us life and that life more abundantly! Our hope is in Jesus and the promises of the Father. We are filled with His love, and His grace has rewritten our lives. His mercy can be defined as His compassion and commitment to our lives, which we live to be with Him in heaven for all eternity.

We have the promises of God in our hearts, and they are “Yes’ and “Amen” to all who call upon His name! God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit live in us and direct us daily in our lives as we seek to please Him.

As believers and sons and daughters of the Lord our God, we seek to do His will and to worship Him daily by our words, actions, and inner thoughts. As each day is given to us, we have the opportunity to share His love and to seek Him in prayer and through our worship! The comfort of the Holy Spirit brings the depth of peace we need to have as we sojourn through life. The joy we have is noticed by the world as we share His grace and exemplify His mercy through our actions and words.

Hope is our shield against a society that often turns from the Lord. Our faith is strong, and we encourage one another to live a life that radiates HIs love and grace. The love of the Lord conquers discouragement and uplifts each of us in such a way that we find hope in the midst of life’s trials and moments of uncertainty.

His Word declares to us freedom and victory as we press toward the high calling of the Lord in our lives. The Word of God declares that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are no longer our own, but we are His children. His love covers us, and the comfort we need is given to us by the presence of the Holy Spirit in us, to guide us through the substance of faith as we press toward the high calling of the Lord!
