They Came & Gave Back
Class of ‘81 Impacts CMC
(Galatians 6:6,9,10 NIV)
6 Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructors.
Some traveled across the state. Others across the country. Some were pastors, missionaries, teachers, musicians or in the marketplace. All were ministers. Several were my teachers and mentors. The last class of LABI to graduate in El Paso. They bridged the distance of time and place to meet as family in San Antonio 45 years later. They did not grow weary in doing good. They did not give up (v.9). Memories rekindled love for each other, their ministries and mission. They encouraged and prayed for each other and for a flood of the Spirit and students for CMC. They shared the good things they had received (v.10) from CMC/LABI. They displayed the Spirit of the Lord. Thank you Class of ‘81 for coming and giving back. This is what the CMC Centennial is all about!
