HCC:
CONNECTION w/ God & CONNECTION w/ Others - We are intentional about setting aside time to CONNECT w/ God through His Word, His Spirit, and Prayer, and CONNECT w/ others (family; neighborhood; co-workers; friends at HCC; etc…)

COMMUNITY … we are the Hands and Feet of Jesus in our COMMUNITY - We are intentional about serving the spiritual and social needs in our community as an extension of God’s Grace and Mercy to His people.

“Doing Life Together” - We are intentional about investing our lives in people, and if helpful, inviting anyone interested to an HCC CELEBRATION experience.

“Peel’n the Onion” - We are intentional about dealing with the layers of "junk" in our own lives with the help of trusted friends. Family Ministry - We are intentional about providing resources for each family to have a variety of effective tools to share together in their Grace Walk w/ Jesus. Mom & Dad are God’s design to disciple our children. And at HCC, we come along side each family and share together in that journey of discipleship.

“Get Stamped” - Keep your passport current, as we are intentional about being the Hands and Feet of Jesus, not just in San Antonio, Texas or the United States, but also serving the utter-most parts of the world.

What a beautiful evening of connection, encouragement, and community at Connected Heart Women’s Ministry! 💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our monthly summer reset and a special thank you to Sandi Slough for sharing her powerful testimony. It was a night filled with meaningful conversations, inspiration, and reminders of God’s faithfulness.

We love seeing women come together to build relationships, share their stories, and encourage one another in their faith journey.

We just love our Partnership with/ South Texas Alliance for Orphans. Katie Lynn leads our "Village Team" (cuz we all know, it takes a Village) which is made up of several ministry areas for HCC (Foster/Adopt, APN Network - keeping families together upriver, DGA - Don't Go Alone for 18-25 year olds w/ mentoring, Case Worker Support for our CPS workers, and more).

Kizzie Thomas leads our APN Network Team from HCC and called this morning w/ a need for one of our APN Families.

For clarity, APN stands for Alliance Prevention Network - where the focus is on going "Up-River" and helping families w/ needs BEFORE children would be removed and keeping the family unit intact.

And the beauty of the Network is not only do we get to serve these families as God's Hands & Feet, but we get to Pray w/ them and stay connected in Relationship too.

This morning, a Family called Kizzie and they were in need of some cool A/C. The family is a single Female Adult, w/ 7 Children/Grand-children living in the house.

HCC helped w/ the purchase of the A/C as we all worship together in Generosity.

We were able to reach out to a Men's Group who often eat lunch together, and w/in an hour, they were on the way for install.

Thank you Tom & Russell, and thank you Kizzie and Katie for your leadership and love for Jesus.

God is so good - and tonight - a Mom and 7 kiddos sure will sleep a lot better ... AND ... they got prayed over today to be filled w/ God's Love too!

What a blessing to lift our Hearts & Voices together in Praise, and then roll up our sleeves and get ready for an amazing day overflowing God’s Love together!

Thank you for being a Body together that just loved our FIRST RESPONDERS… along with the many ways we saw our Fellowship ministering w/ one another too!
