HCC:
CONNECTION w/ God & CONNECTION w/ Others - We are intentional about setting aside time to CONNECT w/ God through His Word, His Spirit, and Prayer, and CONNECT w/ others (family; neighborhood; co-workers; friends at HCC; etc…)

COMMUNITY … we are the Hands and Feet of Jesus in our COMMUNITY - We are intentional about serving the spiritual and social needs in our community as an extension of God’s Grace and Mercy to His people.

“Doing Life Together” - We are intentional about investing our lives in people, and if helpful, inviting anyone interested to an HCC CELEBRATION experience.

“Peel’n the Onion” - We are intentional about dealing with the layers of "junk" in our own lives with the help of trusted friends. Family Ministry - We are intentional about providing resources for each family to have a variety of effective tools to share together in their Grace Walk w/ Jesus. Mom & Dad are God’s design to disciple our children. And at HCC, we come along side each family and share together in that journey of discipleship.

“Get Stamped” - Keep your passport current, as we are intentional about being the Hands and Feet of Jesus, not just in San Antonio, Texas or the United States, but also serving the utter-most parts of the world.

HCC Family - What a DAY!!!

What a blessing to lift our Hearts & Voices together in Praise, and then roll up our sleeves and get ready for an amazing day overflowing God’s Love together!

Thank you for being a Body together that just loved our FIRST RESPONDERS today … along with the many ways we saw our Fellowship ministering w/ one another too!

We even had some folks stop by a fire station on the way home and drop a blessing box there as well.

God is so good!

Next week we kick off a SERIES called Un-Ashamed, and we’ll dive into Acts 21 together!

NEW MEN'S GROUP - starts SATURDAY

DON’T FORGET – our NEW MEN’S GROUP that will step together into God’s Grace, and grow together in greater Control of our Sexual Identity – KICKS OFF TOMORROW.

8:00 am in the Annex – Tacos will be available, and this will be a Safe & Confidential place for Men. No One else will be on-campus, and REMEMBER – this isn’t just for Porn-Addicts. I loved Chadlee’s examples – It’s not limited to this, but if any of the below describes you, this might be a group of you.
- my eyes wonder no matter where I am, and the harder I focus on it, the more I find myself failing
- I was exposed (usually at a young age) to sexual sin and po*******hy. I’ve only been able to put the phone/magazine/computer down for periods of time, but not for good
- I know I get more excited than I should when that woman from work texts me or looks my way
- I find myself daydreaming about past experiences, and I cannot stop
- if my significant other, my friends, my family or my community knew how bad this sin has me it would ruin everything

If any of these, or others like them describe you, and you want to work towards greater integrity and wholeness with brothers that want to fight with you, that’s what we’re going to be build at 8:00 am Saturday mornings here in the Annex.
CHADLEE is helping launch a discipleship and recovery space for men here at HCC.
- Not a group therapy session.
- Not a shame circle.
- Not a place pretending everybody has life figured out.
But a safe place to begin:
• healing
• honesty
• accountability
• integrity
• freedom
• and getting back on the road.

ALSO – don’t forget you can always reach out through the CARE PORTAL on our Website. You can submit Prayer Requests, Join the Prayer Team, Reach out to Talk to Someone, 1st Responder Support, get info on our Healing-Restoration-Transformation group (which is our new Men’s Group on Saturday) – and more.

LASTLY – when you reach out, Martha & Ken will get the emails and then direct them to the proper folks to help us follow up w/ you and allow God to begin His work too!
