Weaver Baptist Church Established in 1896 Weaver Baptist Church exists to Humbly Glorify God in all that we do. Weaver Baptist Church exists to humbly glorify God.

Founded in 1896, we continue to serve the community as best we can. Pastor Daniel Kurtz began serving as the Pastor of Weaver Baptist Church in May 2022. With a heart for preaching and discipleship, he previously ministered to students as the Assistant Youth Director at Fellowship Church at Plum Creek in Kyle, TX. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching and Teaching (2024) and graduate and undergraduate degrees in Theological Studies, Pastoral Counseling, and Apologetics from Liberty University.

Daniel came to faith through his mother's persistent prayers and Christlike love. He and his wife, Pam, have been married since 2012 and are raising six wonderful children. Pastor Daniel enjoys good books, friendly games of disc golf, and spending time with his family.
