Our Guatemala mission trip is a huge outreach that connects us with other believers outside of the US. God intended the Church to be filled with different languages, cultures, and people. Join us in supporting that mission on Saturday May 23rd at Sugarhouse Park!

This Sunday, we celebrated a milestone in our congregation and the faithfulness of God through years of challenges and victories. Happy Graduation Sunday 🎓!

To our graduates: we are proud of you. This is the result of perseverance and determination. Most importantly, it’s the result of God’s grace in each of your lives. As you grow past this moment, remember to continue in God’s ways, reminding yourself of what He has gotten you through.

ECHO (Jr. High) and Rooted (Sr. High) are here to teach our youth about growing with Christ. We desire to show them what it means to live out the Gospel. In this, we also have many fun events and trips dedicated to equipping students in this season of their lives.

Our women’s ministry had their retreat this past weekend, studying the rhythms of grace and how we abide in Jesus Christ! The time was well spent in fellowship with one another and with our Lord.

This Easter, Pastor Jared preached on Acts 17. Paul shares the good news to the people of Athens, many of whom were philosophers and scholars. He shared the Truth: that Jesus came down from heaven and lived a perfect life, that he was crucified for our sins, and that he rose again three days later defeating death and sin for us. In Acts 17, Paul calls them to repentance in Jesus Christ, to believe the gospel and follow the Lord of heaven and earth.

Last night, we had our Good Friday service. We remembered Jesus’s words on the cross, “It is finished”. Not because of us but because of His sacrifice for us. Without Christ’s death, we are dead in our sin. Without Christ’s resurrection, we are unchanged from our old life. It is only because of His death and resurrection that we can have salvation.

Join us for Easter Sunday tomorrow at 9am and 11am. Let’s celebrate what Christ did for us!

Join us this week to celebrate Holy Week! On Friday, we remember Jesus Christ's death on the cross as atonement for our sins. And on Sunday, we remember His triumphant resurrection so that we too may live a new life with Christ.

At the end of our Palm Sunday service yesterday, we sent out the Risen Life - Midvale church plant. Our church is committed to advancing the Gospel in Salt Lake City, throughout Utah, and around the world. Sending out and supporting church plants is one way we stay focused on the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20.

Our Senior Ministry is a thriving group of Risen Life Church. Our older members are a vital part of our congregation, with real life experiences that lend wisdom and insight to believers of all generations.

Seniors Prayer & Fellowship and Seniors Luncheon are two ways our Senior Adult Ministry comes together. This is for time together, to encourage one another as they run with endurance the race set before them.

SENIORS LUNCHEON: The last Monday of every month at 12pm.
