Salt Lake Temple Celebration Ticket Information

Tickets for the Salt Lake Temple Celebration are now available, released in batches by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Here's how you can secure your tickets:

Tour Reservations: Tours are complimentary, and ticket reservations became available online this past Tuesday. Tours will be conducted by representatives of the Church.

Historical Significance: The sixspired, pioneerera Salt Lake Temple last welcomed visitors just prior to its original dedication in 1893.

Ticket Reservations: Individuals may reserve up to six tickets via the Temple Square app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/templesquare/id6751965266 or by visiting TempleSquare.org.

Language Availability: Tours are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, as well as American Sign Language.

Arrival Guidelines: Ticket holders should arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled tour time. Late arrivals will risk losing their reserved spot, so please be punctual.

I recommend having the app downloaded so you can conveniently find your tickets in there instead of finding in email. If you need more than six tickets either open another account or have someone from your family schedule that additional one.

The new Visitor Center at Temple Square if you are having a hard time getting tickets to see the Temple Replica there is a standby line and people do not have to wait to long if you can’t find tickets. Just so you know you do not need tickets to see the new visitor center. The tickets are only to see what a temple would look like by seeing full scale replicas. If you are not interested in that, you can still see everything else.

Cost: Admission and tours are free.
How to Book: Reservations (required only for the “Inside a Temple” guided tour) can be made online at TempleSquare.org or directly through the Temple Square app (available on Apple and Android devices).

All are welcome to experience the center’s interactive exhibits that show how temples are sacred spaces rooted in faith, family, service, and promises to God. The visitors’ center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
