Your team can be busy and still not be aligned.

But if everyone has a different understanding of where you’re going, what matters right now, and how their role contributes, movement can quickly become confusion.
That’s why vision casting is more than communicating an idea. It creates shared language, shared direction, and shared responsibility.
The goal isn’t simply for leadership to have the vision.
It’s for the team to understand it well enough to carry it together.
