☀️ BACKYARD KIDS STARTS TOMORROW! ☀️

After months of planning, praying, organizing, decorating, and dreaming, we are finally ready to welcome our very first Backyard Kids campers tomorrow morning! ❤️

We are so excited for a summer filled with faith, friendships, fun, special visitors, crafts, games, water days, learning, laughter, and lots of memories.

If you've been thinking about registering but haven't quite gotten around to it yet, don't worry — it's not too late! We still have a few spots available and would love to welcome your kiddos.

🌿 Ages 3 years through children entering 6th grade

🌿 Monday-Friday

🌿 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

One of the biggest goals of Backyard Kids has always been making sure local children have a safe, loving, fun-filled place to spend their summer — regardless of financial circumstances.

Over the past few weeks, we have already had some incredibly generous individuals anonymously sponsor children for camp, and it has been such a beautiful reminder of what community and kindness can do. ❤️

🌿☀️ MEET YOUR BACKYARD KIDS DIRECTOR ☀️🌿

Hi everyone! I’m Mrs. Haley, and I am so excited for our very first summer of Backyard Kids at First Baptist Church of Ste. Genevieve ❤️

Many families may already know me from Camp St. Joseph, local schools, church activities, volleyball, or around the community — but for those who may not, I wanted to introduce myself!

I have several years of experience working with children in preschool, elementary classrooms, church programs, and summer camps, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for kids has always been something I am deeply passionate about.

I’m also a mom to five kiddos of my own, so I know firsthand how important it is for children to have a place where they feel safe, loved, encouraged, and free to just be kids.

At Backyard Kids, our goal is simple:
💚 Growing in faith, friendships, and fun.

This summer will be filled with:
☀️ Games & outdoor play
🎨 Crafts & creativity
📚 Reading & enrichment
💦 Water days
🌱 Themed weeks
🚒 Community visitors
🙏 Faith-based lessons
…and lots of laughter and memories along the way.

I truly cannot wait to spend the summer with these kiddos and build something special together!

Looking for a fun, safe, welcoming place for your kids this summer?
Backyard Kids at First Baptist Church of Ste. Genevieve is a summer enrichment program designed for children ages 3 through those entering 6th grade — filled with friendships, outdoor play, Bible lessons, crafts, games, special guests, water days, themed weeks, and so much more!
✨ Where kids can laugh, learn, and just be kids. 💚 Growing in faith, friendships, and fun.
📅 June 1 – August 7
🕗 Monday–Friday
🚪 Doors open at 7:30 AM
⏰ Program hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We’ll also have: 🌱 Weekly themed activities
🚒 Community visitors & special guests
