Serving with Purpose ❤️

What a great evening serving at St. Francis House! Tonight was a wonderful reminder that ministry happens not only inside the walls of the church, but wherever we have the opportunity to love and serve others in the name of Christ.

We are thankful for everyone who gave their time, shared a meal, offered a smile, and showed the love of Jesus to our neighbors in need. As Scripture reminds us, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40)

Thank you to everyone who participated. It was a blessing to serve together and be the hands and feet of Christ in our community.

☀️ Summer Schedule Begins Next Sunday! ☀️
In just one week, The Village Church will transition to our Summer Worship Schedule!

Beginning next Sunday, we will gather together for one combined worship service at 10:00 a.m.

Summer is a great opportunity for our church family to worship together in one service, strengthen relationships, and celebrate what God is doing in our congregation.

Whether you're a longtime member, a seasonal resident, or looking for a church home, we'd love for you to join us!

Service Project & Lunch

On Friday, July 24, the Village Church family and friends are invited to join us for a special service project followed by lunch and fellowship.

We will gather at 10:30 a.m. to make beanie hats that will be included in Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. While many people think of Africa as warm, beanie hats are often used by young men and children to keep warm during cool evenings and to help protect against mosquito bites while they sleep.

No experience is necessary! If you have never made a beanie hat before, don't worry. Susan Moore will teach us how to loom-knit them. The process is simple, enjoyable, and easy to learn.

After our project is complete, we will enjoy a lunch of wraps and salads and spend time together in fellowship.

If you have any questions, please contact the church office. Also, please soft RSVP to the church office so we can plan accordingly.

We were excited to host the first FCA Summer Huddle Bible Study at The Village Church this past Monday evening! It was a great time of fellowship, encouragement, and growing together in God's Word.

The group will continue meeting for the next 5 weeks on Monday nights at 6:00 p.m.

All high school students are welcome to join us—whether you've been involved with FCA before or are looking for a place to connect with other students and grow in your faith.
