One of the clearest places we see the Fruit of the Spirit at Mission City is in the people who faithfully serve week after week.

The patient smiles.
The calm conversations.
The grace with children.
The willingness to help.
The consistency.
The kindness under pressure.

That kind of fruit doesn’t happen accidentally.

Jesus changes hearts.
And changed hearts change behavior.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is… patience.”

What comes out of us under pressure reveals what’s been growing in our hearts all along.

This week’s message really challenged us to think about how easy it is to appear patient when life is calm… and how much harder it is when we’re frustrated, exhausted, overwhelmed, or anxious.

Pressure has a way of exposing what’s actually rooted in us.

So thankful for a God who patiently changes us from the inside out.

Peace doesn’t come from having every worry answered or every problem solved.

Sometimes it comes from realizing you don’t have to face those concerns alone.

Whether you’re walking in with questions, anxiety, doubts, or just hoping your kids make a friend,
Jesus is present in the middle of it all.

He still calms storms.
Even the ones in our heads.
