Detroit Life Church DLC started 2010 to bring God's love to Detroit Blvd community in Sacramento, CA.

Our main focus includes meeting the needs of the community and sharing the Good News. We periodically hold clothing fair, distribute excess food and hold special events like Easter Egg Hunts, Vacation Bible Study, and Concerts in the Park.

The sun came out in time to celebrate this glorious moment with us. It felt like creation itself paused to watch. Today, MaiSue made a declaration of faith, and all of heaven is rejoicing over her. There’s something beautiful about witnessing someone step into the story God has been writing for them all along.

No matter where you are right now, whether you feel close to God or possibly drifted far away, His heart for you hasn’t changed. He’s calling you to return. He’s been pursuing you with a steady, gentle love, waiting for the moment you turn toward Him again.

If you’ve been feeling that tug, that whisper in your spirit, don’t ignore it. God is near. And He’s inviting you back into His arms. Will you respond?
