Church of the Cross is a church with a mission-inside and outside our four walls. Beyond our neighborhood here in East Sacramento we serve meals the 4th Friday of every month at St. John's Shelter for Women and Children. In partnership with the Episcopal Church, we support Campus Ministry at City College and Sacramento State. We provide a Christmas dinner and gifts for the clients of Wind Youth S

ervices which offers services to homeless youth on the streets of Sacramento. Our annual trip to Navajoland to the Rock Point Lutheran Mission provides an opportunity to reach out to the Navajo in that community by offering a free vaccination program for their livestock.
