The Community Picnic at St. John’s Church in Sabillasville starts at 3:00 pm tomorrow (8/15).
We’re still preparing, but will be ready!

The pies are cooling, the sticky buns are baking, the soup is simmering, and the raffle prizes are ready!

Don’t forget there will be something for everyone to enjoy to include fun stuff for the kids to do and bluegrass music by the CB Pickers!

Arrive safely, hungry, and ready!

We’ll see you in the meadow overlooking God’s gorgeous acres we all know as the Harbaugh Valley!

(A variety of foods for purchase include barbecue, hamburgers & dogs, sloppy joes, chicken salad, chicken corn soup, baked beans, mac-n-cheese, fresh cut French fries, homemade slaw, apple dumplings, pies, cakes, and other baked goodies!)

We’re in the Parish Hall cooking all week in preparation for the St. John’s Annual Community Picnic on Saturday, August 15, 3:00 pm until ?
See you at the Willard Pavilion just behind the church in the meadow for great food, raffle items, and music by the CB Pickers!

For over 100 years, St. John’s has hosted a community picnic in our pavillion and meadow.

We’re busy now baking fruit pies, apple dumplings, and prepping the chicken corn soup, beef vegetable soup, slaw, and chicken salad for this year’s gathering. Burgers, dogs, and other foods will be on the menu.

The moon bounce and swings will be ready for the kiddies. A raffle of goodies will be held for the adults. Music by the CB pickers will complete the fun!
