On Wednesday night, we worshiped at the crosses and Bro Jimmy shared about how he and Mrs Penny ended up in Oklahoma and the story of the camp. God is faithful and we are so thankful we get to be a small part of it!

So much has happened at camp this week! Today was full of wrapping up projects and deep cleaning to get ready for a summer of camp.

That’s a wrap on Otoe Baptist VBS 2026!! Pleasantly surprised this year by consistent numbers and attendance! Great to see so many of the kids growing up and continuing to come each year. We are already looking forward to next summer!

Our Camp Kitchen Crew has made amazing meals all week! No one has been hungry here this week, that’s for sure!

Today was another fun packed, Psalm 23 Day of VBS! 26 local kiddos joined 14 SHBC kiddos for a total of 40 kids learning about God being our comforter.

Also, many of you may not know it, but Pastor Jered has a hidden talent….ask him about his puppet arm when you see him on Sunday!

Lots is happening around camp this morning! The new bunk house is getting the trim put in along wiith pluming and the new bunk beds…new windows are being added to the Chapel, lights and electrical are being installed or repaired, cleaning is being done…all with much chatter and laughter. We are blessed to have such a hard working, fun group to work with!

VBS for Tuesday involved lots of fun and learning. Our SHBC students are doing a fantastic job ministering to the kiddos here in Red Rock by learning along side them. Our VBS team is getting lots of hugs and smiles. We didn’t get many pics from VBS yesterday but here are a few we did manage to grab.
