Celebration of Life! We invite everyone who loved Avon "Ol Coot" Ault to join us for his Celebration of Life on Saturday June 13th, 2026, at Galilee. A bluegrass band will be playing from 2-4 PM, because let's be honest -- Coot wouldn't have shown up without some good pickin' and grinnin'. We'll have light snacks and beverages, so come hungry enough to snack but not enough to fight anyone over the last cookie. Coot passed on April 9th, 2026, but he left us with enough stories to keep us laughing for the next 20 years. So, bring your best Coot stories -- the funnier, the better -- and let's celebrate a man who never missed a chance to make us smile
