St. Paul Lutheran Church is a Child Abuse Prevention Hero. St. Paul Lutheran Church is located in Roseville and averages approximately 20 people every Sunday. This small, but mighty group of compassionate people show so much support for our community. St. Paul understands the needs of our community and works hard to help meet those needs. They take up what they call their "noisy offering" which is money that is collected every couple of months and is used to benefit different areas in the community. There are times when the "noisy offering" is given to help support kinship caregivers. St. Paul recognizes that there is a growing number of children being cared for by relatives and non-relatives, many of which are on a fixed income. MCACPS is proud to have St. Paul has a partner in helping serve the children and families of Muskingum County. Thank you St. Paul Lutheran Church for all that you do!
