๐ฅ๐ผ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต is seeking an enthusiastic, faith-centered, and relational leader to serve as our ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ๐ & ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ฌ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฟ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง. This part-time position offers a hybrid work environment, combining flexible work-from-home responsibilities with an active in-person presence at the church.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing Christian fellowship, building meaningful relationships across generations, and creating engaging opportunities for spiritual growth, service, and community involvement. This role focuses on developing and coordinating youth ministries while also fostering fellowship opportunities that strengthen connections throughout the entire congregation.
The ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ๐ & ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ฌ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฟ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง is expected to be present for all regular church activities on Sundays and Wednesday evenings, as well as special events, programs, retreats, mission opportunities, and other church-sponsored activities throughout the year. Working closely with church staff, volunteers, and ministry teams, the Director will help cultivate a welcoming, vibrant, and Christ-centered community where youth and congregation members can grow in faith and fellowship together.
