Third Presbyterian Church of Rockford "The abundant life" is how Jesus put it - we're a community seeking to live out the abundant life as neighbors, citizens, and families. And we are thankful.

We're a continuous building project - building a community that seeks renewal and redemption through Jesus Christ and lives into the future God has in store for us. Anyone is "eligible" to be part of this community - all that is necessary is coming to understand that there is a brokenness in each of us that needs mending, and that we can't accomplish that on our own. And so we experience the grace

of God as it is given to us through Christ and then empowered through God's Spirit that inhabits us. We find encouragement from our life together. We seek to be "salt and light" to the world around us.

Mission Sunday at Third Presbyterian Church!

Join us this Sunday, August 9, 2026 as we celebrate God's work through our high school mission team!

During worship, our students will share stories and reflections from their mission trip, along with a slideshow highlighting their experiences serving others. Come hear how God worked through their hands and hearts, throughout the week.

We invite you to join us as we give thanks for a successful mission trip and the opportunity to share Christ's love through service.
