Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church (COEC) was founded by Pastor D. Rogers, in 1992, with approximately 3 members. God laid upon the heart of a young lady to give us a temporary place of worship. After being at this location a short period of time we then co-labored with a local evangelist. After six months at this location God instructed Bishop Rogers to expand the vision. His search led him t

o a storefront in Riverdale, Georgia. After out growing this location God continued to bless and the church purchased 7.5 acre lot what is now the new home of Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church Inc. Since being at this location for eight years Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church has touched the lives of many through the divine and dynamic teachings of Bishop Rogers. We believe in taking God's word and applying it to get God’s maximum out of life. Being a man of vision and always sensitive to the move of God’s spirit, Bishop Rogers has brought the Outreach to a new level in God. In 2002 Bishop declared entrepreneurs would flourish from this ministry. As prophecy came to pass, over ten businesses have started two of which are owned and operated by Bishop and First Lady Rogers. Enterprises and Pure Love Learning Center). Through the life changing experiences God has allowed Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church to run with the vision “Developing People of Purpose”.
