Sustainability is taking root in Malawi, Africa đŸŒ±

The River of Life Organization’s gardens are doing more than growing food—they’re helping create long-term stability for the community.

In Q1 2026 alone:

🌿 440+ people benefited
đŸȘŽ 170 active gardens
đŸ„• $1,255 USD in food harvested
💚 $448 USD worth of food directly fed to beneficiaries
📈 $807 USD generated to support future planting, farm operations, and local programs like skills training

This is the kind of impact we love to see.

What began with support from Impact Nations is becoming a sustainable system—one that feeds families today while creating opportunity for tomorrow.

Have you ever wondered why we’re drawn to those who think, believe, and act just like us?

In this powerful clip from the final episode of Echoes of Eden, Tim and Steve Stewart dive deep into how “fortress thinking” and fear can quietly shape our communities—even within the Church. Are we building walls instead of bridges?

Let’s challenge ourselves: Is our longing for belonging actually dividing us?

Please join us in praying for our partners in Uganda.

We have received news of an Ebola outbreak in Uganda, and our hearts are especially with the local leaders, families, and communities we know and love there.

Please pray for protection over our partners, for wisdom for healthcare workers and government leaders, for swift containment of the outbreak, and for peace for those living in affected areas.

At this time, we are actively monitoring the situation and staying in close communication with our trusted partners on the ground.

For those planning to join the Uganda Journey of Compassion (July 19–31, 2026), please know that we will continue to provide relevant updates as more information becomes available and as we assess any potential implications for the trip.

Thank you for standing with Uganda in prayer.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

What is a Journey of Compassion really like?

If you’ve been before, this video may bring back some beautiful memories—the prayers, the laughter, the moments that stretched your faith, and the joy of serving alongside an incredible team.

If you’ve never experienced one, this is a glimpse into what it’s all about.

These scenes are from our 2024 Uganda Journey of Compassion, where an all-women team served alongside trusted local leaders through practical outreach, prayer, encouragement, and hands-on care in the community.

Journeys of Compassion are more than mission trips. They are an invitation to step into the work God is already doing—to serve with compassion, witness transformation firsthand, and build meaningful relationships with local leaders and communities.

And if you ask those who have gone before, many will tell you the same thing: they came home changed.

Maybe it’s time to go again.
Or maybe it’s time for your first yes.

From the very beginning, God’s heart for humanity is unmistakable: fruitfulness, blessing, and flourishing as His image-bearers on earth.

But why does the story so often move in the opposite direction?

In this thought-provoking clip from Echoes of Eden – Episode 11, Steve dives into the tension at the core of Genesis: God’s relentless desire for life and abundance, and a world that keeps resisting His purpose.

Just when the biblical narrative seems stuck, an unexpected detail shifts everything—offering hope and a fresh perspective.

Some stories begin in heartbreak.

For many survivors of sexual abuse in Uganda, rejection and isolation only deepen the trauma. With nowhere safe to turn, The Remnant Generation (TRG) becomes a place of refuge, healing, and hope.

Through shelters in Kampala and Lyantonde, survivors receive physical, emotional, and spiritual care. At the School of Purpose, they gain practical skills, rebuild confidence, and begin imagining a future they never thought possible.

And because lasting restoration requires sustainability, TRG is building systems that strengthen long-term impact—including expanding farm operations to help support this life-changing work.

This is the kind of transformation you can witness firsthand on the Uganda Journey of Compassion.

Planting hope for generations đŸŒ±

This March, The Remnant Generation (TRG) launched the first crops of 2026 at Hope City Farm—a milestone in their expanding agricultural program in Uganda. Over 8 acres are now being cultivated, including:
đŸŒœ 4 acres of maize
đŸ«˜ 1 acre of beans
đŸ„œ 1 acre of ground nuts

Before planting, the team gathered to pray over the land, the harvest, and the mothers and babies these crops will nourish. Every seed sown is a step toward restoration, dignity, and sustainable change.

Hope City Farm is more than food production—it’s a vision for lasting transformation. By creating sustainable systems, TRG is empowering families, strengthening communities, and providing stability for vulnerable women and children.

This isn’t just farming. It’s planting hope, faith, and a future for generations to come.

“For the seed shall be prosperous, the vine shall give its fruit, the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew— I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these.” — Zechariah 8:12

Join us in celebrating this new season of growth and transformation!

What if the story of Noah isn’t just a repeat of Adam’s journey—but a powerful message of hope for us all?

In this thought-provoking clip from Echoes of Eden – Episode 10, we explore the striking parallels between Adam and Noah:

đŸŒ± Both are chosen to lead.
đŸŒ± Both work the earth.
đŸŒ± Both stumble and fall.
đŸŒ± Both face shame.

Yet, beneath these patterns lies a deeper truth: Genesis isn’t about failure—it’s about our longing for restoration and a fresh start. Join us as we reveal the hidden narrative woven through Genesis and discover how Noah’s story points to a new beginning for humanity.
