Labor Day Blessing

O God,
you asked St. Joseph to accept your will that his wife-to-be would have a Son.
St. Joseph accepted your will and worked with Jesus as his father and teacher.
We seek your blessing upon all the work of our hands,
and we dedicate our work to your greater glory.
We ask your blessing upon all workers,
especially those who work to make our lives easier and more enjoyable.
We ask all this through the intercession of St. Joseph,
patron saint of workers, in the name of Jesus your Son, in the unity of Holy Spirit.

Amen.

St. Joseph the Worker, pray for us.

Parish family - Join us for a Healing Mass in honor of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross on Monday, September 14 at 6pm. There will be a special blessing with a relic of the True Cross. After Mass, our clergy will be available to pray over those who need any kind of healing. All are welcome.

Thank you to everyone who made it out to our parish picnic this past weekend. A good time was had by all, filled with fun and fellowship. Fr. Garcia and Fr. Obiesie received a warm STA welcome and learned our parish tradition of precipitation at the picnic. Special thank you to all who made this year's picnic a success, especially our various dedicated ministries and volunteers.

We've been hard at work making today's Parish Picnic amazing for our parish family. When you arrive, please be courteous of the traffic cones, handicap, and reserved parking spaces. We look forward to spending the evening with you. Our event starts at 5pm, look for the tents in front of D'Arco Hall.

Parish Family - don't miss out, our Parish Picnic is tomorrow!

You're invited to join us for food, fun, and fellowship tomorrow, Saturday, August 29th, starting at 5pm on our parish grounds. Invite your friends and family - this year's picnic will be different. Snack on carnival favorites like cotton candy and funnel cake, feast on burgers and hotdogs, and enjoy the family fun environment.

Please note that our parish office closes today at 12pm in anticipation for this event.

Our 2026 Parish Picnic is also the welcome party for our new pastor and vicar, Fr. Garcia & Fr. Obiesie. Take some time to welcome them to our community.
