Jesus loves you too much to leave you in your sin without a way out. He died on the cross to set you free from sin's grip. Therefore you no longer have to let sin reign over your body. Confess and repent. He will forgive you and help you overcome.

Church family:
It's always easier to talk about sins others are committing. This morning we had a hard talk about our own sin. Not others...but our own. It certainly hits much harder, and is much more uncomfortable. But it is necessary. We, followers of Christ, must confess and repent of our sins. That is, we acknowledge them and stop doing them. Maybe a sin we are struggling with was specifically mentioned this morning, maybe it wasn't. Irregardless, the message applies to all sin. Christ calls us to repentance out of His love for us. He will help us overcome whatever the sin may be and will restore us. May we continually seek to know Him, the power of His resurrection, to share in His sufferings and attain resurrection from the dead. Amen.
