Highland Colony Baptist Church is about Building Effective Believers, Committed to Transforming Our Times. LOVING GOD: Loving God is primarily a description of worship. We believe that worship is our primary purpose on this planet. We desire to worship God in spirit and truth when we gather together on Sunday mornings. GROWING TOGETHER: Worship is important, but it’s not enough. We believe discipl

eship takes place best in the context of relationships. We stress the importance of believers connecting with a few other believers to do life together. We accomplish this purpose through groups; Sunday School classes and home groups. God’s word is our source of truth. It is the foundation for what we believe and how we strive to live. Just knowing God’s word is not enough, however. Our lives should be transformed by the truth we learn. SERVING OTHERS: When God is properly given the place of honor in our lives and we are actively growing in our faith in the context of relationships, serving others is the natural result. We expect members at Highland Colony to serve within a ministry at our church. It takes all of us working together to carry out the ministries of our church with excellence. In addition we encourage everyone to look beyond the walls of the church and find a place of service that results in changed lives. This may take place through mentoring, community involvement, or missions.

What a week! Our mission team has been partnering with Living Water Community Church in Maine — painting rooms, sorting clothes for their clothing ministry, and cooking freezer meals for neighbors in need. Today we got to serve alongside them at their Church in the Park service. 🙌

🌟 Shoutout to Our Amazing Preschool Teacher Volunteers! 🌟
Today, we want to highlight two incredible volunteers who have dedicated their time and hearts to teaching our 3 and 4-year-olds during midweek: Tiffany Turnage and Bridgette Palmer! 💖
Tiffany Turnage loves cheering on her daughters during volleyball and softball games and enjoys crafting with her Cricut. One of her favorite things about teaching preschoolers is observing the joy on the kids' faces as they share all they've learned in class with their parents. And when it comes to enjoying a meal, she loves dining at Walk-On’s Restaurant! 🍽️
Bridgette Palmer is passionate about reading and staying active, often seen cheering for her daughter Avery on the ball field. She treasures time with friends and family and has a soft spot for Amerigo’s. Bridgette's favorite moments in teaching come when the kids excitedly recall lessons from previous weeks—it's truly rewarding! 📚
Together, they create an engaging and nurturing environment for our preschoolers, sharing pivotal stories from the Bible each week during our Wednesday classes. If you bring your 3-year-old to midweek every Wednesday, you’ll ensure they learn these essential biblical stories before they start kindergarten!
Join us for a delightful evening, starting with desserts at 5:30 PM, followed by class at 6:15 PM. We can’t wait to see you there! 🍰✨

Our MT team has been helping with Music and Art camp along with a team from Hurstbourne Baptist Church. There have been several great gospel conversations with kids from Libby. Pastor Zane and the crew from Libby Baptist Church have also been showing off the beauty of Northwest Montana.
