Children’s Ministry

Through Sunday School, catechism, choirs, VBS, and other ministries, POPC seeks to assist parents in the Christian nurture of their children and help children learn, love, and live God’s Word.

Some of the ways our church members serve in children's ministry:
- Serve on the Children's Ministry Team
- Teach children's Sunday school
- Assist in other children's programming (catechism, choirs, etc.)
- Serve in Vacation Bible School

We had more than 70 children and adults with disabilities join us for Sonbeams Night Out on Friday evening, along with many new and returning volunteers! We are so thankful for everyone who helped make the night such a wonderful time of arts and crafts, recreation, sports, fellowship, devotional time, prayer, songs, dancing, and more!

POPC Youth Ministry exists to come alongside parents in the discipleship of their students—helping students know and love Christ while building meaningful relationships within the church.

Want to be part of it? There are many ways to serve: invest in students as a Wednesday Night Leader, chaperone a retreat, host a gathering or meal, or commit to praying regularly for our students and Youth Staff.
