A Message from Fr. Philip about upcoming transition at St. James' Church. (Full message at the link below):

Dear People of St. James’,

God brought us together three years ago to begin a new season of ministry at St. James’ Church. It’s always tempting, in reflection, to begin with what we have done together — but most important is what, and who, we have been. We have been, by God’s grace, the Body of Christ — a place and a people where the love, welcome, and acceptance of God have been present, and offered to all comers.

That mission and God-given reality will continue, but this fall the parish will begin another new season of ministry with new leadership. I will be stepping down as Priest-in-Charge in November, and starting a new chapter in my own ministry.
