A Berean’s Breakfast… Countdown!

After four months of waiting for my. “elective surgery,” I’m just about seventy-two hours away. Blessed that this got moved up three weeks as I was getting pretty depressed about the ongoing pain and discomfort. I was regularly reminded of others who have far worse situations to deal with. Some with no cure or hope in sight. Our prayer list at the home Bible study continues to add more needs.

The outlook around the world today just keeps getting more desperate and confusing. There appears to be no resolution to the, “wars and rumors of wars,” predicted in scripture. When you think there is an agreement, it just gets broken. As I have said over and over, “There is no peace except the, “Prince of Peace,” Jesus Christ Himself! And you. Ether be looking up! “His Redemption draws near!”

I look ahead for the soon coming Jewish Feast of Trumpets!” In the fall of 2026, both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur—the Day of Atonement—is considered the most important holiday in the Jewish faith. Falling in the month of Tishrei (September or October in the Gregorian calendar), it marks the culmination of the 10 Days of Awe, a period of introspection and repentance that follows Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.

I beleive it was the time when Jesus was born. And I believe He will return in that same season. Rosh Hashanah 2026 falls on Friday, September 11 (sunset) through Sunday, September 13 (nightfall).

On 911?? September 11th, 2001, twenty-five years ago? Anything significant about that anniversary, event? I have said this for nearly twenty years, that it might have been the Birthday of Jesus? You can search the documentary, “The Star of Bethlehem.”

It highlights a series of striking planetary conjunctions and movements in 3–2 BC, including events tied to the Jewish calendar (such as around Rosh Hashanah / Feast of Trumpets), the constellation Leo (linked to the Tribe of Judah and the “Lion of Judah”), Regulus (the “king star”), and Jupiter (the “king planet”). These are presented as forming a celestial “sign” announcing the birth of a king in the line of David. byzimom.com

A must see! What of? What if this is the time of the “Trumpet Blowing,” receiving the believers to meet Jesus in the air? Will you hear it? Or will you miss it?

A Berean’s Breakfast… A week for the Books.

I have two medical appointments this week. Today with a podiatrist and Friday with my surgical proceed to repair my hernia. One I am familiär with as I have written here before about my first attempted surgery that turned for the worst. But this foot doctor appointment is one of concern only because I have no idea what is going on with my toe.

If you’re like me, you go searching the internet trying to figure out what is wrong. Sometimes I wish I never did, because you read about everything under the sun that might be your issue. I will know here shortly in a few hours what is going on. I have prayed for so long for so many things, old age isn’t any fun.

I am still trying to figure out what our president is doing. He lacks the wisdom to understand Iran and its ideology. This is far beyond the enemy of wars. This is a spiritual battle of good and evil. You can’t defeat an enemy that doesn’t have any moral compass. Their false god is Satan himself!

Scripturally, if Trump understood this, he would understand that this enemy must be completely destroyed. You can’t negotiate with Satan! God told the Israelites to destroy the enemies 100%. Men, women, children, animals… everyone and everything! Yet they disobeyed and took women and b***y and ended up being punished. God allowed their enemies to take them into captivity on several occasions. For their disobedience they suffered and still do today!

Dating back to the days of Abraham and Sarah. Not waiting on God to give them a child that He promised and take their future into their own hands. The history of Issac and Ishmael is a foundational story in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam (where Ishmael is traditionally seen as an ancestor of the Arabs).

In summary, Ishmael’s descendants are historically tied to Arab nomadic tribes of the desert regions, who played major roles in trade, warfare, and eventually the birth and expansion of Islam. While the biblical line emphasizes a “wild” and independent people, Islamic tradition highlights their role in preserving monotheism and producing a global faith. The connection is both genealogical (for many Arabs) and spiritual for Muslims.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Over the centuries they have battled because of this hatred of God and the blessing He gave to His chosen people. The lineage of Jesus Christ can be traced from the statement back in Genesis 3:15. The Gospels trace the lineage right up to Mary.

It appears to me that Trump still thinks he can negotiate with the pit of hell. We know from the prophetic Word of the Bible, things are falling right into place. A, “false peace,” is going to be the beginning of the end! The lies coming from this enemy come from their father, Satan. Jesus told us so!

John 8:37-47 Abraham’s Seed and Satan’s…

37“I know that you are Abraham’s descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. 38I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father.”

39They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.”

Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. 40But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. 41You do the deeds of your father.”

Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.”

42Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. 43Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. 44You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. 45But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. 46Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? 47He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

Iran has lied to the world from the beginning. For the last 47 years they and forever they have chanted, “Death to Israel and death to America! They don’t hate us, they hate God Almighty!

John 15:18-25 The World’s Hatred…

18“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. 20Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. 21But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. 22If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23He who hates Me hates My Father also. 24If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. 25But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’

So there will not be peace on earth established by man! Only the, “Prince of Peace,” Himself, Jesus Christ will soon come and establish His Kingdom on earth for all eternity!

A Berean’s Breakfast… Relax!

Great news has been received about a few issues I have been dealing with. A day today to rest and prepare for a surgery and celebrate all that God is doing.

After a home Bible study last night, I realize that not all who call themselves, “Christians,” really understand the title. Too many religions, cults, denominations and false gospels are spread by misinformed people. Christian was a slur or negitive title to those who first believed in Jesus. “Little Christs,” is where it came from.

“Christian” first appeared in the New Testament around the mid-1st century AD (likely 40–44 AD) in the city of Antioch.

The word appears only three times in the entire New Testament:
• Acts 11:26 (the origin).

• Acts 26:28 (King Agrippa II uses it somewhat dismissively to Paul: “Do you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?”).

• 1 Peter 4:16 (Peter encourages believers not to be ashamed if they suffer “as a Christian”).

Many historians and biblical scholars view it as a pejorative or dismissive nickname coined by pagans. I avoid and reject this title as the world has co-opted it and give Jesus a bad name. Like so many words today, they have lost their meaning or have been changed to fit a wicked world. Like people who say, “you seem so spiritual or religious!” I prefer, Jesus Freak,” better yet, “BELIEVER!”

Jesus calls us to “Believe!” The one thing that is necessary or commanded by God to be saved! Come to the foot of the cross, confess your sin once and believe in your heart…

Romans 10:8-13 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

I John 1:8-11 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

Acts 4:8-12 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: 9If we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well, 10let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. 11This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ 12Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

John 6:26-29 Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. 27Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”

28Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?”

29Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

Once you confess your sin to God, repent and believe , you are forgiven forever!! “It Is Finished!” You are never commanded to come back and confess your sin over and over again! Sure, you will sin, but His forgiven covers our sins, yesterday, today and tomorrow! “As far as the east is from the west,” He has remembered them no more!

Psalm 103:8-12 The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.
9He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
10He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor punished us according to our iniquities.
11For as the heavens are high above the earth,
So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him;
12As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

He has forgiven us! It is us that can’t forgive even ourselves! I posted a PDF of a book titled, “Forgiven Forever!” Dial back and read this book! Hundreds of verses telling you the truth behind His forever forgiveness!

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

“The Peace that passes all understanding…” He has paid the debt of all sin of those who have come to Him! We have the Holy Spirit in us as a guarantee, sealed for all eternity!

A Berean’s Breakfast… Is Today the Day?

I just can’t break away from the mission God has given me! The, Watchman on the Wall.” Ezekiel 33

There has been whiskers of an announce from The Whitehouse and our president today. Some are very upset that it is not going to be well received. Some sort of, “peace treaty,” with Iran. Not that that isn’t finally a great idea, it’s the terms of it. Why are we once again going to be duped into believing their lies?

If you were to study scripture, God made it very clear to “His people,” to totally destroy their enemies. Never co-mingle with them. To remain pure and separated from them. Do not take their women or children or even their animals. When they disobeyed God, they paid a high price! God punished the Israelites and allowed them to go into captivity on several occasions. God forgave them once they turned from their wicked ways and kept a remnant to deliver our, “”Redeemer!”

You can trace the line of Jesus Christ all the way back to the Garden of Eden. You can trace the separation of nations back to Abraham and Sarah! Issac and Ishmael produced waring people throughout history even to today. This exists because Israelites never totally eliminated their enemies.

In the Hebrew Bible (Genesis): Abraham’s wife Sarah was barren, so she suggested he have a child with her Egyptian servant Hagar. Ishmael was born. Later, Sarah miraculously gave birth to Isaac. Tension arose (Sarah saw Ishmael “mocking” or as a threat), leading Abraham to send Hagar and Ishmael into the desert at God’s instruction. God promised to make Ishmael a great nation too (12 princes), but the primary covenant and inheritance of the Promised Land (Canaan/Israel) went through Isaac.

The Bible clearly describes the borders God promised to Abraham and the Israelites, which have never been totally settled. From 1948, when the Jews returned after 1900 years, war has been an ongoing battle! We are living in the days that God told us would one day arrive! The biblical prophets have described every single event and the, “end of days,” perfectly as they are unraveling.

We are witnessing the potential, “seven year peace treaty,” that the world falls for!

Daniel 9:20-27 The Seventy-Weeks Prophecy…

20Now while I was speaking, praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God, 21yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, reached me about the time of the evening offering. 22And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand. 23At the beginning of your supplications the command went out, and I have come to tell you, for you are greatly beloved; therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision:

24“Seventy [e]weeks are determined
For your people and for your holy city,
To finish the transgression,
To make an end of sins,
To make reconciliation for iniquity,
To bring in everlasting righteousness,
To seal up vision and prophecy,
And to anoint the Most Holy.
25“Know therefore and understand,
That from the going forth of the command
To restore and build Jerusalem
Until Messiah the Prince,
There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
The street shall be built again, and the wall,
Even in troublesome times.
26“And after the sixty-two weeks
Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
27Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
Even until the consummation, which is determined,
Is poured out on the desolate.”

There are volumes written about this prophetic word delivers to Daniel by Gabriel the Arch Angel of God! You would have to dig deeper into this long promised prophecy to understand where we are right now. Ezekiel, Joel, Revelation, and many others prophets plus Jesus Himself tell the exact story of the coming “Antichrist!” He will develop this false peace treaty!

Are we living in those, “final days?” Is the stage perfectly set for the, “Armageddon War,” that the Bible describes? Have all the nations and people groups formed a world wide hatred for the Jews? Is Israel totally surrounded by them like never before? Are the Jews back in the Promised Land after 1900 years?

Let Jesus tell you…

Matthew 24:15-34 The Great Tribulation…

15“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), 16“then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the [c]elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

23“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25See, I have told you beforehand.

26“Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. 27For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 28For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

The Coming of the Son of Man…

29“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The Parable of the Fig Tree…

32“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! 34Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.”

Go and finish the words of Jesus in this chapter!

So let’s see where Trump takes America in these final days! Will we as born again believers even see much more of these events? I know we will not see the arrival of the Antichrist in person. The church will soon be “Raptured,” and taken out by the Holy Spirit!

What did Paul tell us?

2 Thessalonians 2:5-12 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Oh, how close we are? Time is running out. Are you going to be, “taken out,” “caught up,” “kept from the wrath to come,” “Raptured?” Or refused to confess your sins and repent from your wicked ways? And be, “Left Behind?” If you think life on earth today is hell now, you ain’t seen nothing yet!

Today is the day of Salvation! Tomorrow is too late!!

A Berean’s Breakfast… The Day After.

This week starts out on a Tuesday, after Memorial Day weekend. Confused, tired, and dealing with several health issues. And I’m supposed to go to work, go bowling and ignore all my infirmities. I prayed myself to sleep last night and got my typical six and a half hours of sleep. Now I sit here trying to decide what to do.

Another day off sounds good, but yesterday was boring and I do need to do some work. I am trying to ignore all my physical issues, but they seem to distract me without any control. Sure, a few are what appear to be minor but I keep thinking I should go to a local specialist and see if they are anything at all. One thing is sure, my cancer is top of the list and so dally I combat it with a plethora of vitamins, minerals, and one prescription medication. Diet is strict and no cheating allowed!

I say all of this with not able to decide what to do next. Keep praying!! I have another month before a surgery I am anxious for it, yet not looking forward to the experience once again! The recovery, assuming they don’t mess up this time, will take another 5-6 weeks of my life to get back to something called “normal! I think normal left town.

If anyone is still out there, I ask for prayers. I have not been an easy patient to deal with. A feeling of depression or just not able to be myself through all of this. As Paul prayed for the removal of, “a thorn in the flesh,” I too have been doing the same. But in the end I do say; “Not my will, but, “Thy Will be done!” My other cry is, “Get behind me Satan!” The constant annoyance and harassment wears me out!

Romans 8:28-39 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 29For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

God’s Everlasting Love…

31What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36As it is written:

“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
37Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

A Berean’s Breakfast… What did Jesus say;

John 14:29 “And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.”

Before what comes? Everything! One thing our God has done throughout the Bible is to tell us the end from the beginning. Everything you are witnessing and will witness has been written from the beginning of time. The future has been written. No other god, no other religion, no other false prophet has ever predicted the future with anything close to 100% accuracy like our God! Why?

So that no one will have an excuse and say; “I didn’t know?” Today you can read prophecy that is unfolding exponentially. Like headlines right from today’s newspapers. I believe in the very near future, even tomorrow, another fulfillment is coming. Judgement is about to be poured out even more devastating than yesterday! But before the true great wrath comes, the promise to remove the, “Born Again Believers,” comes first.

The fracture of America with Israel is about to be announce. America is falling away from its long relationship with Israel. Israel will soon be abandoned and left to defend herself.

Read Revelation chapter 18. Who is the Bible speaking of? It describes a nation that mirrors America! But an event that I believe that will come after the Rapture! Is America about to announce some kind of treaty with Iran? Why are we not finishing the job? When Israel disobeyed God’s command to destroy her enemies totally, what happened? They came back or infiltrated the people of God.

The signs and mysteries have all been written. Most all have been fulfilled. All the nations and enemies have gather as one against Israel.

Genesis 12:1-3 Promises to Abram…

1Now the Lord had said to Abram:

“Get out of your country,
From your family
And from your father’s house,
To a land that I will show you.
2I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
3I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

America is now cursing Israel! Antisemitism has overtaken our country and the world once again. This time even Christians are part of the hatred.

John 15:18-19 The World’s Hatred… (Jesus’s word)

John 14:1-6 The Way, the Truth, and the Life…

1“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

5Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”

6Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

1 Corinthians 7:29-31 But this I say, brethren, the time is short, so that from now on even those who have wives should be as though they had none, 30those who weep as though they did not weep, those who rejoice as though they did not rejoice, those who buy as though they did not possess, 31and those who use this world as not misusing it. For the form of this world is passing away.

It has begun. Are you ready? Have you chosen whom you will serve? It you wait a moment longer you may find yourself, “left behind!” Are you “caught up,” in the things of this world? Are you caught in the, “world wide web?”
