A little maintenance has the blessing box looking refreshed! The post has been lowered about 6” for easier viewing, and some reinforcements have been added for stability.
It is stocked and ready for our community!

We may have been a little quiet about posting, but we’ve certainly been busy keeping the blessing box stocked! In fact, our shelves are getting a little bare. If you can find it in your heart to help your neighbors, our shelves could use a restock. We are glad that our little church is able to help our community feed their families!
Items that our neighbors use the most are:
Laundry detergent pods
Dish soap
Baby wipes or body wipes
Individually wrapped toilet paper rolls
Canned chicken
Vienna sausages
Macaroni and cheese (“deluxe”/Velveeta style with cheese sauce… no milk or butter needed)
Microwave Mac and cheese cups
Chef Boyardee canned pasta or Spaghettios
Instant mashed potatoes (pouches)
“Just add water” pancake mix and syrup
Dry pasta
Individual boxes/cups of cereal
Peanut butter

Items can be left inside the box or on the front porch of 43682 Lake St.

Tomorrow, August 16th, immediately following our regular church service, will be the funeral service for former Redwood resident, Jay King. Anyone who knew Jay is welcome to attend. The service will begin at approximately 12:15pm.
