An organ made by the Smith-American Organ Company of Boston and dating back to between 1875-1890 can be found in the back of the Theresa Presbyterian Church.

The organ was given to the church by Miss Ida Busler (1861-1955) and was never 'intentionally' used by the church.

Ida Busler, daughter of Peter and Margaret (Timerman) Busler, lived on Pine Street and sold her home in June 1950 to Lewis and Marian Fields.

Today is the day! Town historian Tim Minnick will be in the church at 2 - and then the 200th Anniversary celebration and worship service begins tonight at 6!

The 200th Anniversary of the Theresa Presbyterian Church is being honored and celebrated on Saturday May 24.

At 2:00 there will be an open casual talk in the sanctuary on the history of the Theresa Presbyterian Church and the church building.
A few former ministers will be present and there will be historical photographs for the public to peruse.

After the talk, those interested in touring the building will be accommodated. The public is welcome to attend. The dress code is casual- but respectful. It’s what is in your heart that matters.

At 6:00 pm there will be a Special Church Service, followed by a reception.
