Our Ministry
Calvary Lutheran Church, in 1994, through a process of prayer and decision by the members decided to be a shared decision/vision making, congregationally-based ministry. Our Vision
In March of 1998 the people of Calvary voted unanimously in favor of the following vision: Maintain a strong Word and Sacrament ministry while becoming a center for youth and family enrichment.

Join us on Wednesday, June 10, for an evening of food, fellowship, worship, and conversation as we dream about the future of Wednesday ministry at Calvary Lutheran Church.

🍔 5:00 PM – Cookout & Fellowship
Enjoy hamburgers, brats, salads, desserts, and great company.

⛪ 6:00 PM – Outdoor Worship Service
Gather at the North Outdoor Altar on the north side of the Narthex for a casual and uplifting worship experience.

💬 7:00 PM – Wednesday Experience Feedback & Vision Forum
We want your ideas and input as we discuss:
• Christian Education Opportunities
• Confirmation Ministry
• Family Ministries and how a Family Ministries Platform can strengthen our Wednesday Experience
• Fellowship Meals
• Worship
• High School Youth Group
• New opportunities for growth and connection

DISCERNING THE FUTURE TOGETHER 🕊️
YOUR VOICE MATTERS AT CALVARY
COME HOME TO CALVARY! As Calvary Lutheran Church continues its discernment of God's vision and direction for the Future Church, we invite every member, parent, grandparent, youth, and friend of Calvary to participate in a very important Feedback Forum.
Together, guided by the Holy Spirit, we will explore how to re-imagine and re-energize our Wednesday experience—from dinner and worship to all Wednesday programming, including:
• Wednesday Night Dinners
• Wednesday Night Service
• Preschool and Children's Ministries
• Pre-Confirmation and Confirmation
• High School Youth Ministry
• Opportunities for Adult Education, and Faith Formation, and Family Ministry
This conversation opens the door to shaping Calvary's educational ministries and Wednesday experience for generations to come. Your insights, ideas, and feedback are essential as we discern the future direction of our family ministries and Christian education.
