Mental health isn’t just a cultural conversation—it’s a church conversation.

Every healthy life is built through small, simple steps toward wholistic transformation. This Sunday, we’re taking one of those steps together by having an honest conversation about mental health through the lens of Scripture.

Our panel of experienced mental health professionals will explore questions like:

• Can someone have genuine faith and still need therapy or medication?
• How do I know if I’m experiencing anxiety or the Holy Spirit’s conviction?
• What should I do if I keep relapsing into the same struggle?
• How can I support someone battling depression or grief?
• When does technology become an unhealthy coping mechanism?

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask your own questions live during the panel.

God transforms our lives through baby steps of obedience.

Last week, we were challenged to be more intentional about the food we eat as we learned to honor God by caring for the temple of the Holy Spirit—our bodies. Honoring God often begins with simple, everyday decisions.

Ma Martha was honored so well today. What an incredible legacy of 89 years of faithfulness to Jesus.

She leaves behind 10 children, 29 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. What a beautiful reminder that a life lived for Christ impacts generations.

We will certainly miss seeing her dance in church, but we rejoice knowing we’ll dance together again in heaven.

Thank you, Martha, for sharing your life, your faith, and your love with all of us. Until we meet again.
