Just in today from Casavant - this photo features one of the 16' Open Diapason pipes from the Chancel organ facade. These pipes date from 1912 and were built by the Hutchings Organ Co....

A Gallery Update

Another short post, but with some important information! As you know from prior posts, MUCH behind-the-scenes work is underway to be ready for our glorious new organ! The chancel chambers have been painted and refurbished. The blower room refurbishment is 97% complete. And the new air intake line and box will be done in the next week or so. But one of the biggest projects is tackling the west gallery wall....

Keyboards, Pedals, and a Bench – almost!

Here I am again! We've seen lots of pipes lately, and the shell of our gorgeous console. But to play the organ, you need keyboards, pedals, and a bench to sit on! First the keyboards - in their early state of being! Remember - there will be four of them! And the pedals are coming along as well.
