What was expected to be a Monday winter storm is now forecasted to begin during our normal service time on Sunday.

Because of that, we’re cancelling service tomorrow, 2/22.

Your safety matters to us. We’d rather make the call early and keep everyone off the roads.

We will see you on March 1 at 5 pm for Real Talk, where we'll be talking about all things dating, singleness, divorce, disappointment, desire, boundaries, healing, second chances, and living life in between where you are and where you thought you'd be.

To prepare for that, we invite you to join in on this lesson on what Godly relationships look like across every aspect of our lives.

Relationships are at the core of our lives–friendships, family, marriage, and community. But how do we build relationships that are healthy, Christ-centered, and lasting?Today, Pastors Josh & Holly are tackling the question: what does real, biblical love look like?šŸ”„Topics covered:* What makes r...

Yes! We are having service tonight at 5!

Yes, it’s cold outside.
But the heat is on inside.

Yes, there is a football game tonight.
But there’s something better than a game.

Come lift up the name of Jesus.
Come find peace, hope, and direction for your life.

Bring a friend.
We’d love to worship the King of Kings with you.

Plus, we will have you out by the second half, when usually the Patriots are at their best anyway.

Life has a way of placing us in seasons we didn’t expect.

Maybe you’re navigating disappointment, desire, singleness, divorce, boundaries, healing, or second chances and you’ve got questions.

We’re kicking off a new once-a-quarter event series called Real Talk. Each session will be an open and honest conversations about life, faith, and everything in between.

The first session is called The In Between, and it’s happening on Sunday, February 22 at 5PM.

Pastors Josh and Holly will answer your anonymous questions with Biblical wisdom, honesty, practical advice, and care.

Think of this as a chance to talk about the parts of life we don’t always get to talk about in church.

The world feels heavy right now.

We’re grieving with our city.
We’re standing with the hurting.
And still, we’re holding on to hope.

Tomorrow night, we’ll gather in the quiet glow of candlelight to remember the One who came into our darkness and didn’t run from it.

Join us for our Christmas candlelight service tomorrow, December 21 at 5 PM at 372 Wayland Avenue, Providence, RI 02906 (entrance in rear).

You don’t have to carry the weight of the season alone. Come sit in the candlelight. Come find hope.

Are you a or student, faculty, staff, or parent who’s looking for support in the coming weeks? We’re going to be launching some virtual support groups soon!

These groups will meet once a week for 13 weeks and are NOT a replacement for counseling but will be a place where community members can come together to process what they’ve experienced, learn healthy ways to navigate grief, stress, and trauma, and connect with others who are trying to make sense of it all.

While these will be faith-based support groups, you do not need to be religious or believe what we believe to participate. ALL are welcome.

This week, we’ve been giving Brown and RISD students rides to the airport, train station, and bus station. We’re aiming to serve at least 50 by week’s end and will also have the opportunity to take meals to the families of victims at the hospital.

As we look ahead, we know the need for ongoing care won’t end this semester. That’s why we’ve launched a special care fund to support students, faculty, and staff at both Brown and RISD (two intertwined communites) as they return to campus and continue to heal.

This fund will help us care fo the victims’ families, provide community (and food) for students over the winter break and as they return to campus, create spaces where they can decompress and process their grief alongside each other, access professional services where students cannot afford it, and more.

Your gift will help us be the hands and feet of Jesus and provide ongoing support in the months to come.

If you want to help us make a lasting difference, donate at hopecityri.com/brown join us in this mission.
