HELP US PLEASE!
Family and friends of Vida Victoriosa,
As you may know, our church building in Tioga is facing an urgent need: We must replace the roof as soon as possible.
For the past several years, we have done our best to repair and patch the roof whenever strong winds damaged the shingles. Unfortunately, the storms in our area have become increasingly frequent, and water continues to enter in both buildings, the sanctuary and the kids building. This has already caused significant damage to the flooring we installed just three years ago, as well as to the ceilings and interior areas.
On some Sundays and mid week activities, before we can welcome and minister to the adults and children, we first have to clean up water that has flooded parts of the building.
We have received an estimate of $15,000 per building, ($30,000 in total) from a trusted local roofing company. By God’s grace, the congregations in Prosper and Tioga have already raised some of that amount and we are deeply grateful for their generosity. However, we still have a considerable amount left to raise, and the need is becoming more urgent with each passing week.
Would you be willing to help us share this need with other churches, pastors, and friends who may feel led to support this project? Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us provide a safe and welcoming place where people can worship, grow in faith, and experience God’s gift of Vida Victoriosa.
