I'm not much of a baker, but many years ago I started making cashew butter cookies for special people in my life. So as a surprise, I made a batch on Thursday as a birthday gift for a friend who loves them. She was thrilled, especially when I gave her a container filled to the brim with cookies. Yesterday she texted me that she not only ate cookies for dinner, she had them for breakfast too. As you should with cookies you love that someone who loves you made special for you!
